Fine Fragrance Express Co. is a South African-based business that offers high-quality, generic designer-inspired perfumes online. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

• You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• We accept secure payments via EFT, debit/credit card, PayFast, and other listed methods.
• Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery in South Africa. Standard delivery takes between 1–5 working days, depending on location. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and start from R10. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect customer details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and cosmetics), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@ffexpressco.co.za.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, images, product names, and descriptions, is the property of Fine Fragrance Express Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Third-Party Services
