Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@ffexpressco.co.za with a photo and your order number.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
